Set across two spacious villas, the venue offers a bright and airy studio with views across the bay and mountains.
And with two pools and other shaded areas, there’s plenty of space to relax and take in the views.
Situated between two beautiful blue bays, the venue is just five minutes walk away from great beaches, tavernas and water sports.

The programme
BARRE & FITNESS
Expect to be challenged in Yaz’s classes, and discover muscles you never knew you had — all while moving to an absolute banging playlist!
BARRE: This is a low impact class designed to strengthen and tone muscles. We move at a slower pace, focusing on core strength and stability. This is a great class for anyone living with long/short term injuries and also pre- and post-natal.
LOW IMPACT FITNESS: These classes will concentrate on moving with no high intervals such as running or jumping. Even so, you’ll still work up a huge sweat and feel a few heart racers. The class is designed to gain strength, tone and sculpt.
You’ll have 2–3 sessions a day with Yaz, taking in classes and educational workshops. A yoga class with Will helps prepare you for the week.

Yoga instructor Will loves making his classes fun and welcoming for all.
Taking a flow and restore approach, this is all about you having a good time and coming away feeling brilliant – aiding your recovery, helping prepare your muscles for an upcoming week of barre and fitness.
Your hosts
YAZ
Yaz has been a professional fitness instructor in London for four years. Whether it’s a dance cardio class, a lengthening and sculpting Barre class or a strength-building fitness class, Yaz is experienced in multidisciplinary workouts.
Yaz has trained hundreds of clients in group classes and private sessions, all with her light, upbeat style.
She says, “fitness has always been a part of my life from a young age, I’ve always felt a drive towards how fitness makes me feel empowered.”
Yaz is your main instructor on the retreat, guiding you through barre and fitness sessions, while Will leads the yoga session.
WILL WHEELER
As well as leading the yoga session, Will is on hand to support you with any retreat requirements you might have.
Based in London, Will has been a yoga instructor for 10 years, opening a yoga studio and leading numerous retreats and events.
Morocco is where it all started for Will on his first yoga instructor course. This is what he really loves — travelling to tropical locations with people who share his yogic passion. Come join him!
Yaz had put so much effort into the different classes. They were well thought through and had a good amount of variety. The music was also so good!

Nourish your body all week long with scrumptious vegan food to leave you healthier and inspired.
All food is included on the retreat, and prepared for you by a private chef.
Allergies, food intolerances and dietary requirements can be catered for — just let us know on the booking form.
Please note that no alcohol will be offered on this retreat. Guests are very welcome to purchase alcohol from local shops to enjoy with their meals.
This retreat offers you the opportunity to slow down and tune into the rhythms of the natural environment — and to enjoy some delicious vegan feasts.
ADDITIONAL ACTIVITIES
We organise a number of optional adventures and activities for a small additional cost. You can enjoy as many as you wish, or stay closer to the venue if you’d prefer some tranquility.
Just 5 minutes walk away is the beach with its magical crystal waters where you can enjoy kayaking, snorkelling and stand-up paddle board lessons.
Other activities include a private cruise to tour Lefkada Island, guided hikes, and wine tasting at the local vineyard.

I’M A BEGINNER, IS THIS RETREAT FOR ME?
We welcome all levels of experience. If you’re brand new, we’d like you to have tried at least 4–5 sessions prior to the retreat to pick up the basics and fundamentals of a Barre class. If you don’t have a studio near you, we can send you links to online classes and so on — use the button below to contact retreat organiser, Will for more information.
IS IT OK TO COME ALONE?
Yes, most guests are solo travelers and we welcome single riders! It’s an opportunity for you to fully immerse yourself in your practice but also to meet like-minded individuals. Strangers often come away with new friends on retreats.
CAN I SPREAD THE COST?
Yes! Payment plans are available. Get in touch with Will to set up a payment plan.
WHAT'S YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Please ensure you have appropriate travel insurance. If travel restrictions come into place due to border restrictions or due to COVID-19, your space is refundable/transferable to another retreat. Outside of these terms, the deposit is non-refundable. Your balance can be refunded up to ten weeks prior to the retreat. If you find another client to fill your spot, an £85 admin fee will be charged to change the name, booking and rooming details.
