The programme
FITNESS
Course leader Callum will put you through your paces in two daily 45- or 60-minute group classes. Using free weights and bodyweight, you’ll build power and stamina.
The training sessions will be supported by two educational workshops to improve your form and technique.
The retreat is both a holiday and a chance to develop your fitness and mobility. You’ll come away feeling refreshed and recharged.
YOGA & MOBILITY
Yoga instructor Will loves making his classes fun and welcoming for all. This is all about you having a good time and coming away feeling brilliant – aiding your recovery and improving your mobility.
Treatments, including relaxing Ayurveda and sports massage, are also available for an additional cost.

The venues
MAKAHIYA FITNESS
This first-class fitness centre boasts an outdoor training space, a rooftop studio and an air conditioned gym (Callum’s classes will make sure you still get sweaty though!)
And with a restaurant serving up nutritious dishes and super smoothies, it’s also a great place to refuel.
The infinity pool is perfect for a post-workout dip, and if you’re feeling brave, try the ice bath to help reduce inflammation and aid recovery.
The best retreat centres on Sri Lanka’s south coast, you’ll train and relax in two luxurious venues.
SRI DEVI
Your home venue provides quiet tranquility away from the hustle and bustle.
You’ll stay in your own private villa with each villa sleeping 1–2 guests.
With a large pool and plenty of quiet spaces, this is the perfect place to relax and recover.

CALLUM NICHOLLS
Callum is your main instructor, guiding your fitness classes during the retreat.
With 8 years experience in London and Dubai as a personal trainer and class leader, Callum knows how to best motivate his clients.
After climbing Kilimanjaro for Breast Cancer UK in 2017, setting goals for himself and his clients has become a major part of how he trains and coaches.
With almost 20 years teaching experience between them, Callum and Will are ready to help you achieve your goals.
WILL WHEELER
Will leads the yoga sessions on the retreat. And he’ll be on hand to support you with any retreat requirements you might have.
Based in London, Will has been a yoga instructor for 10 years, opening a yoga studio and leading numerous retreats and events.
Morocco is where it all started for Will on his first yoga instructor course. This is what he really loves – travelling to tropical locations with people who share his yogic passion. Come join him!
Will is an excellent host. His attention to detail and determination to deliver an exceptional experience is paramount and much appreciated.
As a retreater you get to totally relax and just choose what you want to indulge in safe in the knowledge the research has been done and the best options suggested.

Relax & Refuel
FOOD
You’ll be set up for the day with a healthy Sri Lankan breakfast of fruits, omelettes and string hoppers. And after a day of work outs, you’ll be rewarded with a sumptuous Sri Lankan feast.
Dietary requirements? Sri Devi’s mouth-watering dishes cater for everyone, whether vegan, vegetarian, or pescetarian.
Plus there’ll be two evenings out to enjoy the local cuisine, with beach front dinner and drinks.
This retreat is all about balance; there are plenty of opportunities built into the retreat for excursions — and for enjoying the delicious Sri Lankan cuisine.
ADDITIONAL ACTIVITIES
Optional activities such as a boat trip to Cinnamon Island, a cycling tour, a cookery class, and a luxury sunset cruise can all be added to your stay. There will be transportation provided and organised by the venue.

I'M NEW TO FITNESS, CAN I JOIN?
The retreat is open to all levels, but ideally you will have some experience of fitness classes. If in doubt, get in touch with us, we’ll be happy to help.
I DON'T WANT TO DO YOGA, CAN I STILL JOIN?
Yoga has numerous health benefits, aiding recovery, mobility, and improving athletic performance. So we encourage it, but understand if it’s not your thing.
I HAVE AN INJURY/HEALTH CONDITION, CAN I TAKE PART?
Yes — please get in touch with us before the retreat to discuss your needs.
WHAT'S YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Please ensure you have appropriate travel insurance. If travel restrictions come into place due to border restrictions or due to COVID-19, your space is refundable/transferable to another retreat. Outside of these terms, the deposit is non-refundable. Your balance can be refunded up to ten weeks prior to the retreat. If you find another client to fill your spot, a 15% admin fee will be charged and your balance returned.
